The episode seems to be centered around Russell S. collapsing during the reward challenge. The exact cause at this point has not been revealed but we'll know soon enough.

Reward Challenge - No Winner

You can read more about the challenge on the left. Participating on each tribe are Russell, Natalie, Mick and Jaison as the blindfolded with Liz in the ball and on Galu, Laura is in the ball guiding Russell S., John, Brett and Erik. The challenge had promise but it looks like it will end prematurely due to an injury one of the Survivors suffer and based on the videos, it looks like it will be Russell S. I'm sure the toll the weather has had on him will have something to do with his fainting.

Immunity Challenge - None 

We aren't sure if there is an immunity challenge or not, especially in light of what has happened this episode. Staying in line with the progression of the game, we'll say only one person will be leaving this episode.

Boot Prediction - None, Russell S. evacuated

It's pretty clear that Russell S. will be leaving the game. And while it has been revealed that is likely the end result of him fainting, it will be very interesting to see how it unfolds and how the tribes will cope with something this real and frightening.
