Episode 3 Predictions
Episode Title
Analysis
"It's Called a Russell Seed"
It's likely that Russell plants a seed of
doubt in someone's head regarding another
person in the tribe. This in turns make
someone's that is a non-threat suddenly the
tribe's target.
CBS Clues
"It's Called A Russell Seed" -
A clever lie turns a tribe against one of
its most harmless members. Meanwhile,
at the reward challenge, the chief of one
tribe makes a controversial decision that
lands him in the crossfire back at camp, on
SURVIVOR: SAMOA, Thursday, Oct. 1

Network
CBS Website:
Russell struggles to maintain his control as
the tribe turns on one of his allies.....
Russell H. targets someone harmless on the
tribe, which by default has eliminated Ben.
We have our guess on Natalie or Jaison.
We also know that Russell S. decides to take
one reward over another (sleeping rewards
vs. a tarp).
Reward Challenge - GALU
WINS, Immunity Challenge - ?

The
tribes must swim out to the ocean and
retrieve five puzzle boxes. There also seems
to be a designated area where the opposing
tribe can try to slow down the other tribe.
It looks like Galu is victorious yet again
as we see a screencap of Kelly holding
blankets, etc. This will inevitably bode
poorly for Russell S. who also has the
opportunity to take a tarp for the tribe
(but for whatever reason, does not pick it).
Because we see Shambo and Brett sitting out
(notably two players that would be great at
a physical challenge), we believe there will
be in fact an immunity challenge. There also
appears to be no immunity idol in sight at
the challenge.

Boot Prediction - BEN... LIZ?
In
the episode preview, we hear Natalie
mentioning that it is between "someone" or
most likely Ben at the next vote. Based on
what Russell said, he goes after someone
deemed as harmless. The person least harmful
to him would be the person he has a tight
alliance with, which we saw in Episode 2 as
Jaison. Natalie is probably letting Ashley
know the situation so they can possibly save
Jaison who is lying right next to them. If
Mick is truly sticking with Jaison, that
would be a four person alliance: Mick,
Jaison, Natalie and Ashley. They can easily
target any of the other 3: Russell, Ben, or
Liz. Because Russell is the star, he's good
this episode. We haven't seen too much of
Liz last episode so it would be odd if she
got the sudden boot. However, they could
easily keep Ben vs. Liz just solely based on
strength. And if Russell wants to keep Ben
around, then he can easily plant a seed of
doubt about Liz (thus another example of him
targeting someone 'harmless'). And Ben's arc
could easily be up after his outburst in
Episode 2, so for now, we are going to say
he's our official boot prediction (unless we
get more information come Thursday).
