The 19 Survivors row ashore, and somewhat confused on what to do. A helicopter flies by and drops a crate that gives the group instructions on building an elaborate shelter. The architect of the group, Sylvia, delegates what needs to be done in order to get this shelter up quick. With arguably the best shelter on Survivor to date, some feel uneasy that things can't be this easy. The next day, Jeff calls the 19 Survivors in and appoints Sylvia, who has stepped up as a leader of the group and is told to divide the remaining 18 into two tribes, Ravu (orange) and Moto (green). Once she selects them, she is sent off to Exile Island, where she will join the losing tribe of the immunity challenge. Also at stake, the losing tribe will not get to return to the luxurious camp built, but sent away to another remote island with nothing but a pot and a machete. During the challenge, Jessica's poor performance in untying the knots and solving the puzzle put Ravu at a huge disadvantage, and they ended up losing the challenge. Back at Ravu's new camp, the scheming begins and a campaign against Jessica forms. However, an earlier alliance of Jessica, James and Erica decide that Rita should be the one to go. At Tribal Council, the tribe votes in all differently directions, but it was Jessica who garnered the most votes and was the first person voted out of Survivor: Fiji.
