| Episode 4:
Starvation and Lunacy |
Episode Title Analysis:
Starvation refers to La Mina, while lunacy can be no one other
than Shane.
|
CBS Teasers:
In a surprising turn of events, a banished Survivor thrives on
Exile Island, leaving the tribe back at camp struggling for food
and fire.
This is
probably Terry. We know that the opposing tribe sends a member
to Exile Island, and they know Terry is strong. Additionally, we
see the La
Mina tribe literally starving at camp.
The excitement over winning a Reward Challenge immediately
causes a stir within one camp, as a tribemate contaminates a
prized possession.
Apparently, the reward is the bathroom building challenge, and
someone, probably Shane, ruins it.
Constant bickering between tribemates leaves one Survivor
regretting an alliance with a bunch of lunatics.
Aras
regrets his alliance with Courtney, Shane and Danielle.
After the previous Tribal Council, one Survivor begins to worry.
Will valiant effort and a competitive nature be enough to keep
this castaway in the game?
Sally is
worried after last Tribal Council. Yes, she will remain, her
story is too big right now for her to go.

Reward
Challenge:
This is the bathroom building challenge that occurred in episode
four of Palau. Since Danielle has a shovel and we see wood
pieces, we can obviously tell this is the challenge. Apparently,
the fight between Shane and Danielle has to do with the
challenge, and after they win, Shane's angry rage may help
destroy it, which leads to Aras regretting his alliance. They
made this one too easy. Ruth Marie's and Dan's reactions shot
only makes it 100 times more obvious.

Exile Island:
We know that somehow La Mina is hurting and whoever is sent to
Exile Island is some asset to their tribe. Terry is obviously
their biggest asset and he has to go to Exile Island at some
point, because it's rumored he gets the Immunity Idol. It makes
the most sense since Casaya would send their best competitor.
Plus something on Exile Island 'changes the game' the only thing
that could be is the Immunity Idol being found. |

Immunity
Challenge:
The challenge appears to involve diving and swimming. It looks
like they
are possibly constructing a puzzle in the water, like the 'star
puzzle' that Coby, Janu and Jenn constructed in Palau, when they
beat Ibrehem, Bobby Jon and Stephenie. So they'll be pushing tiles
around in the water in order to construct a puzzle or something. For
Casaya, Cirie or Bobby must be sitting out, since they're the only
ones not visible diving in the challenge. Either tribe could win,
but the 'someone being vulnerable after last TC' obviously points to
Sally, which means La Mina is heading to Tribal Council, again. |

Possible Boot
Candidates:
Dan and Ruth Marie are the two weakest members of La Mina, so
they are definitely in danger, probably Ruth Marie moreso than
Dan, but it could go either way. Sally is vulnerable of course,
but since she was mentioned in the teaser, she obviously won't
be going home this week, it seems like a long underdog story is
in the works for her this season. |
