Episode Title Analysis: It Was Like Christmas
Morning
Leading into CBS Clue #2, one castaway is
excited about going to Exile Island either
because they are safe or they take the
temptation clue which find outs is more than
just an apple but a whole basket of fruit.
CBS Clues
#1 - One
Castaway vows that a tribemate will be "the next
lamb to the slaughter". This sounds like
Ace talking about Kelly, especially since he
would be upset that she voted against him at
Tribal Council. We don't imagine anyone on Fang
stating anyone left is a lamb.
#2
- Exile
Island leaves one Castaway feeling as if it's
Christmas morning. There must be some "gift"
for being on Exile, either immunity or the
temptation which we know is a
basket of fruit.
Perhaps Ace or Sugar are on Exile and take the
temptation knowing that the idol has already
been found.
#3 - One
Castaway's desperation leads to waterworks, and
the waterworks lead to sympathy. Will sympathy
lead to her safety? The only woman on each
tribe that should worry is Kelly (no alliance,
voted against Ace, discussed as the next to go)
and Susie (physically weaker woman of the two
left) but we don't see her crying.
#4 - The
tribes rank their members based on importance,
and one Castaway is given a very rude awakening.
The only people who I can see be surprised
that they are ranked low is someone arrogant, so
perhaps Ace, or GC? It could also be referencing to the
same person in CBS Clue #3.

Ranking Members of Each Tribe
Per Jeff's
blog on EW.com:
Next week has
a nice little twist conceived by our resident switch
expert, Dan Munday. I love it when we come up with
something new that catches them off guard.
As stated in
the episode 4 promo, Jeff says: Today you are going
to rank your tribe from top to bottom. The rankings
will likely hurt people's feelings as some people will
be on the bottom hoping to move toward the top. This
arrangement will somehow affect how the tribes are
chosen--either an opportunity for people to see who are
assets or the ordering itself decides how the tribes
are..

Thanks to
Survivor Phoenix's screen cap, the directions for the
ranking are:
Below are the names of the seven Fang
tribe members. Excluding yourself, rank them in order,
from 1-6, according to their importance in your tribe,
taking into account their contribution to challenges,
camp life, and overall likeability. Your answers will be
kept anonymous. Randy's ranking of
his tribe are: (1) Matty
(2) Dan (3) Crystal (4) Susie (5) Ken (6) GC. From the
image above, we can see that the order ends up
being (1) Matty (2) Dan (3) Randy (4) Crystal
(5) Ken (6) GC (7)
Susie.
Please take
note of the speculated rankings of the tribes.
New Fang
Ace -

that it follows through with the blonde vs.
blonde vs. blonde motif Ken -

- confirmed if that is indeed a hammock behind
her which Fang won in Episode 3 Sugar
- under the assumption that it follows through
with the blonde vs. blonde vs. blonde motif
New Kota
Bob -
on tribe by default Charlie -

by default Dan - on this tribe by
default Marcus -

Reward Challenge - None
It appears
to be a water challenge. Each Survivor looks to be in a
raft and must play a lacrosse type of game.
Exile - Sugar?
Whoever ends up on Exile is ecstatic about it--at
this point, we can only assume that it would be
Sugar or Ace, who both know the idol has been
found.
Immunity Challenge - Kota?
It appears to
be a water challenge. Each Survivor looks to be in a
raft and must play a lacrosse type of game.
Boot Prediction - Kelly? Possibly GC?
The
promos feature a heavy showdown between the
blondes left in the game, could they all be
possible boot choices after the switch.
Our
gut is saying that the next to go out anyways
will actually do so. Kelly has had a spike in
her story last episode (I am sticking to my
sidekick to the very end) so it would be no
surprise if Ace campaigns against her to have
her voted out (even on a new tribe). We haven't
seen her have the social chops to be in a
good alliance, so she will just be cannon
fodder for whatever tribe she ends up on.
The
editors haven't been too friendly with him the
last episode and we don't see them pegging him
as a villain, but rather someone who is unworthy
to be out in the wilderness. Last episode, they
showed us he doesn't give his 100% in challenges
and that he lacks the social game by getting
into an argument with Randy over a small matter.
